UOB Payables provide your business with an option to outsource your payments to us so that files can be electronically transmitted via internet anywhere anytime to provide you with greater convenience and flexibility.

Bulk Issuance of Cashier's Order (BICOS)
- Simplify your cheque payment via Bulk Issuance of Cashier's Order service (BICOS). BICOS allows you to pay your vendors or suppliers simply by transmitting an electronic payment instruction file to us. You can also do online data input to create your instruction file individually.
Interbank GIRO
- Pay your suppliers or vendors electronically by sending your payment instructions to us from your Account Payable system or direct input via UOB Business Internet Banking. Your instruction will be electronically sent to your suppliers and vendors via Interbank GIRO. To-date, there are 20 financial institutions participating in the Interbank GIRO, a combined network of over 2,000 locations in Malaysia.
Bill Payments
- Enjoy hassle-free bills and scheduled payments at your convenience with UOB Business Internet Banking. You can pay your bills online conveniently to over 20 organizations and service providers including town councils, insurance companies and government bodies.
Payroll Service
- You can now pay your staff salaries by credit into their respective accounts with any bank via UOB Business Internet Banking. Access to the payroll service can be restricted to designated staff e.g. HR Department or payroll officers to ensure confidentiality. Direct file upload from the HR system or manual input with templates are available.
