How to Read Your Credit Card Statement

 
A. Statement Date
  Date of the month as determined by the Bank to be the date of the Statement of Account. Statement is generated and all transactions made from the last Statement Date to the current Statement Date will be recorded in the statement.
B. Minimum Payment Due
  The minimum amount payable by the Cardmember.
C. Payment Due Date
  The date payment is due, which is the expiry date of a twenty-day period from the Statement Date.
D. Combined Credit Limit
  The limit in Ringgit Malaysia or its equivalent assigned by the Bank from time to time at its absolute discretion to a Cardmember’s VISA/MASTERCARD Account. Combined Credit Limit is the total credit limit for all credit card(s) the Cardmember owns. Please refer to Transaction Details for individual Credit Card limit.
E. Previous Balance
  The total balance due at the end of the previous statement cycle.
F. Credit / Payment
  Total amount credited into Cardmember’s account and/or any payments the Cardmember has made.
G. Debit / Fees
  Total amount debited from Cardmember’s account and/or any fees incurred to the account.
H. Retail Purchase
  All transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services incurred using VISA/MASTERCARD CARD for this statement cycle.
I. Cash Advance
  Amount of disbursement of cash from the VISA/MASTERCARD Account.
J. Total Balance Due
  Total amount payable which includes previous balance, new transactions, cash advance and fees/charges incurred.
K. Transaction Date
  Dates of transactions the Cardmember has performed for this statement cycle.
L. Transaction Description
  Details of transactions the Cardmember has performed for this statement cycle.
M. Transaction Amount
  Amount of all of the Cardmember’s transactions including retail purchases, previous balance, fees and charges incurred.
N. UNIRinggit Expiry Dates
  This table shows the expiry dates of earned UNIRinggit. All UNIRinggit will expire on the last day of the quarter of the year three (3) years from the date that it was earned.
O. UNIRinggit
  This table shows previously earned points, points earned for this statement cycle, points redeemed for this statement cycle, expired points and total balance of UNIRinggit.
P. Smart$
  This table shows previously earned points, points earned for this statement cycle, points redeemed, expired points and total balance of Smart$ Rebates.
Q. Smart$ Expiry Date
  This table shows the expiry dates of earned Smart$. Any Smart$ Rebates earned by the Cardmember shall expire on the last day of the quarter of the year one (1) year from the date that the Smart$ Rebate was credited to the Card Account.
