  Credit Shield will ensure that your financial obligation on the outstanding balance in your credit card account is protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances with just a premium of RM0.65 per RM100 outstanding balance per month.
  - In the event of death, total and permanent disability or diagnosis of the 36 Critical Illness, the total benefit payable is subject to a maximum of RM300,000 per issued Cardmember of single Platinum Card or multiple Platinum Cards, or single Platinum Card with Classic and/or Gold Cards.
  - In the event of temporary total disablement, 5% of the monthly outstanding balance will be payable but is subject to a maximum accumulated amount of RM15,000 per issued Cardmember of single Platinum Card or multiple Platinum Cards or single Platinum Card with Classic and/or Gold Cards, a maximum of 20 monthly payments per lifetime and RM150,000 per policy year.
