Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need to
install this software into your personal computer in order for you to download, display and/or print your
eStatement.
- Will I be required to enrol for all of my accounts individually for eStatement?

No, you only need to enrol one time for all of your accounts.
- How soon will I be able to view my eStatement?
- You will be able to view your eStatement when the next statement is due after your eStatement enrolment.
- Will the eStatement be sent to my email?
- No, your email will be used solely to notify you when your eStatement is posted in the UOB Personal Internet
Banking system.
- How long will my eStatement be kept?
- Your eStatement will be kept for 6 months.
- Will I still receive the paper statements once I've enrolled for
eStatement Service?
- No, you will cease to receive the paper statements once you've enrolled for eStatement.
- How do I know when my monthly eStatement is ready for viewing?
- We will notify you via email when your eStatement is ready for collection at UOB Personal Internet Banking.
- How do I view my eStatement?

- Can I choose to go back to paper statements after I've enrolled for eStatement Service?
- Yes, you can do this by selecting Cancellation of eStatement.
- Can I change my email address for notification of eStatement?
- Yes, just select Change Email option at UOB Personal Internet Banking.
- If I have 2 accounts with UOB, can I choose to receive only one account
for eStatement?
- Yes, you can choose to receive the account(s) that you wish to receive for eStatement via ‘eStatement Maintenance’ after you have enrolled.
- How do I cancel enrolment of my eStatement?
- To cancel your eStatement enrolment, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Log on to your UOB Personal Internet Banking Account
- Step 2: Select ‘Payment & Transfer’ followed by ‘eStatement’ and ‘eStatement Maintenance’
- Step 3: Click the ‘Edit’ button and follow the simple steps on screen to cancel your eStatement enrolment.
- What if I don't receive my eStatement after my enrolment?
- If you do not receive your eStatement within 60 days after your Statement Due Date of your retail account
