Why am I not able to sign up for UOB Online Banking access through UOB TMRW app or UOB Personal Internet Banking?

Online banking access sign up is only available at our branches or at our Automated Teller Machines (ATM) after office hours. This is to facilitate verification of your identity to ensure that your banking experience remains safe and secure.

Banking Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.30 am - 4.00 pm

Self-Service Banking (ATM) Hours:
Monday to Sunday: 6.00 am - 12.00 midnight

Unfortunately, no. Currently, sign up of UOB Online Banking access is only available at our branches in Malaysia as we are required to facilitate verification of your identity to ensure that your banking experience remains safe and secure.

Please download UOB TMRW app and log in for the first time using the temporary username and password. You will then be prompted to change your username and password before proceeding further.

Note: The temporary username and password is only valid for 30 days.

You can only upgrade to full access over-the-counter at our branches during banking hours

Password Reset

Unfortunately, no. You can only reset your password at our branches or at our Automated Teller Machines (ATM) after office hours.
