Services include :
Supplying Credit Card Transaction Processing Terminal (EDC Terminal).
Upon successful
application, an EDC Terminal will be installed at your place of business. Subject to UOB's terms and conditions, the terminal is normally
provided free of charge.
Reimbursement Payment of a Credit
Card Transaction.
Payments are made by UOB Bankers Cheque or by direct credit to your UOB bank account. Payment is made the next business day following the acceptance of the
credit card transaction.
Frequent Training on Card Acceptance and Fraud Prevention.
All staff of UOB Merchants are provided with frequent adequate training on Card Acceptance and Fraud Prevention. This
training is conducted at the time of or prior to the commencement of the Merchant Services. Refresher courses are also
conducted during the duration of the term of service.
