Investment Policies and Strategies
The Fund will invest in securities (equity and equity-related securities) in the Asia Pacific region (including byt not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, Japan, India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand & New Zealand) which carry on infrastructure-related businesses. As such the Fund has exposure to a broad range of sectors, including but not limited to the transportation, utilities, capital goods, materials, engineering and construction.
Asset Allocation:
- Equities and Equities-Related Securities: A minimum of 70% of the Fund's NAV
- Fixed Income Securities: A maximum of 30% of the Fund's NAV

| Distribution Policy |

The Fund intends to provide potentially consistent medium-ton-long term capital appreciation. As such, distributions will be incidental to the overall capital growth and a substantial portion of the income returns from investments will be reinvested. The Fund may also declare distributions in the form of additional Units to its Unitholders. |
