The 100% guarantee is for capital investment and is only valid when you hold your investment until the Fund's maturity. If you redeem prior to the Fund's maturity date, you will not enjoy a guarantee on your capital. Redemption prior to maturity will be based on the relevant market net asset value per unit of the Fund. You will also be charged an exit fee. The guarantee is subject to the credit risk of SCB and it does not give any assurance to the future solvency of the Guarantor itself. The guarantee may be terminated under certain situations as described in the ING AsiaPac Capital Guaranteed Prospectus. The potential returns in excess of the capital guaranteed value are subject to investment risk and are not guaranteed. There may be a dilution of performance due to guarantee structure being in place compared with a non-guaranteed conventional fund. Among others, you should consider the fees and charges involved. The Prospectus dated 12 Apr 2006 has been registered with the Securities Commission.
