Making your money work for you

Investment Objective

The Fund's objective is to provide capital appreciation over the medium term whilst guaranteeing investors capital on the maturity date.


Investment Strategy

Fixed Income portion

Invest such sum as necessary which upon the maturity of the Fund, will achieve an amount equivalent to one hundred per centum (100%) of the Capital Raised, primarily in fixed income securities issued by participating financial institutions, that is, zero coupon Negotiable Certificates of Deposits (NCDs). The number of participating financial institutions will have at least a rating of A.

Equity portion

The remaining portion of the funds raised not invested in fixed income securities will be used to generate the trust's returns and may be invested opportunistically in the following way to provide the returns:

  • equities and/or derivatives
  • and/or other collective schemes.

NOTE: The actual proportion of fixed income: equity can only be determined on the date of the product launch or upon collection of all investments.

Initial Asset Allocation :

Up to 100% in fixed income securities and or deposits.
Up to 20% of initial capital raised in an actively managed portfolio. Thereafter, this percentage is subject to fluctuation
