This Fund is intended to be a sequel to the existing OSK-UOB Small Cap Opportunity Unit Trust (SCOUT) which has
proven to be very successful in terms of performance. The Fund is managed to take advantage of the choice spot
that exists between large cap and small cap i.e. mid cap companies. |

This fund aims to achieve superior long-term capital appreciation through investments in
companies with high growth potential companies.

This Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by structuring a portfolio as follows:

Investment in securities of companies with market capitalization of not more than RM1.50
billion |

Investment in securities of companies listed on the KLSE Second Board and Mesdaq Market |
| 2% - 5% |

Investment in liquid assets including bonds, short term money market instruments and
deposits. |
