Investment Objective
The Fund aims to maximize total returns through a combination of medium to long term growth of capital and current income consistent with the preservation of capital.

Investment Policies and Strategies
Invests in Islamic debt securities of Malaysian incorporated companies and Shariah-compliant securities of companies listed on the local and/or foreign markets which have high growth potential and/or good dividend yield over a medium to long term period.

Asset Allocation:
Up to 40% of NAV
Investments in Shariah-compliant securities of and securities relating
to companies that have dividend and/or growth potential.
60% - 100% of NAV
Investments in Malaysian Islamic debt securities/instruments, Islamic money market instruments, cash and Shariah-based deposits with licensed financial institutions
The above asset allocation is only indicative and will be reviewed from time to time depending on economic and market conditions.

| Distribution Policy |

Consistent with the Fund's objective to maximize total return through a combination of medium to long term growth of capital and current income, the Fund will distribute a substantial portion of its returns to Unit Holders. Distributions, If any, after deduction of taxation and expenses, are generally declared annually and will be reinvested. |
