Investment Objective
This Fund aims to achieve long term (between 5-7 years) capital appreciation through investments in securities of companies whose business are in or are substantially related to the natural resources sectors.

Principal Investment Strategy
Invest in securities if and securities relating to companies whose businesses are in or are substantially related to the natural resources sectors and whose securities are listed or traded in the Asia pacific markets. These are companies that have attractive growth potential, sound fundamentals and good management.
These are companies whose business are in or are substantially related to the natural resources sectors such as but not limited to plantation (eg. Palm oil, rubber, timber), oil and gas including without limitation, the development, production and/or distribution of services, equipment and/or downstream products or services that are derived from these sectors.

Asset Allocation:
Up to 98% of NAV - Investments in securities of companies whose business are
in or are substantially related to the natural resources sectors
2% - 5% of NAV - Investment in Cash & Fixed Income Securities.
The above asset allocation will be reviewed from time to time depending on economic and market conditions.
