It's an umbrella unit trust fund offering separate and distinct portfolios, each having its own investment objective, strategy and focus. The Fund will offer units in 3 portfolios or funds:

1. OSK-UOB Smart Treasure Fund

The fund aims to achieve long term capital appreciation through investments in a portfolio comprising subscriptions for Initial Public Offerings ("IPO"), low priced securities, medium priced securities and the top 50 listed stocks of the BMSB (in terms of market capitalization) that amongst other things, offer high growth potential.

2. OSK-UOB Smart Balanced Fund

This fund aims to maximize total returns through a combination of long term growth of capital and current income consistent with the preservation of capital through a combination of investments in companies with market capitalization of not more than RM1billion and investments in fixed income securities.

3. OSK-UOB Smart Income Fund

This Fund aims to provide investors with higher than average income returns compared to fixed deposits over the medium to long term period through an investment blend comprising primarily of quality fixed income securities and with the remaining investments in a strategically selected portfolio of companies with market capitalization of not more than RM1 billion.
