In a diverse culture such as Malaysia, we understand that investment needs can sometimes extend beyond mere levels of risk-return and investment horizons. Which is why we are pleased to offer two new funds that cater to investors who are sensitive to Syariah requirements and those who just want an alternative form of investment.


PRUDana Al-Islah ("Islah" means "improvement") This is an income fund that seeks to provide a stable income stream and an opportunity for capital appreciation.

PRUDana Al-Ilham ("Ilham" means "inspiration") This is an equity fund that seeks high capital appreciation* from Unit Trusts,which have the potential of substantial value of appreciation.

The Funds invest in investments that adheres strictly to the Syariah Principles. Moreover, we are guided and monitored by a panel of experienced Islamic advisors from the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia Sdn Bhd (formerly known as BIMB Institute of Research and Training Sdn Bhd).

Professional and Experienced Investment Managers

The Funds are managed by experienced fund management team of Prudential Unit Trusts Berhad that ensures the Funds' investment strategies remain consistent with their respective objectives. The fund managers have an added advantage by being able to leverage on the expertise and share investment ideas with their foreign counterparts around the globe. With this backing of a global network, managers have at their disposal expertise that spans 150 years.

Affordable investment amounts

The Funds allow you to draw on the expertise of professional fund managers for a minimum initial investment of only RM1,000. Subsequent investments can be made at only RM100.

Flexible investment options

There are several ways you can invest:

  • A single lump sum amount,
  • Regularly through cash payments, post-dated cheques or direct debit from the banks
Zakat payments

For the convenience of our Muslim unit holders, we provide a zakat payment service to add value to your investment with us. This service is currently available for the First Holder of PRUDana Al-Islah and PRUDana Al-Ilham.
