Investment Objective

To provide investors with higher than average income returns compared to FD over medium to long-term through investments in bonds and other fixed income securities with minimum risk to capital invested.

Investment Strategies

The Fund will invest in quality fixed income securities which carry a minimum long term credit rating of BBB and above assigned by RAM or its equivalent. To contain credit risk, the Investment Manager will ensure that the diversification of credit rating (and duration standing) in the bond portfolio mitigate the overall risk position of the portfolio.

Asset Allocation:

70% - 90% of NAV invested in fixed income instruments.

10% - 30% of NAV invested in Cash.

Investors' Profile		Want to protect the purchasing power of their wealth against inflation. Want to enjoy a relatively more predictable income on a yearly basis. Want to diversify their overall investment portfolio by including bonds as an asset class.

Switching Policy	-	No Switching Fee imposed for conversion of units from RHB Bond Fund, RHB Islamic Bond Fund, RHB Income Fund, RHB Capital Fund and RHB Balanced Fund to RHB Bond Fund and RHB Islamic Bond Fund. Switching Fee of 50% of the Sales Charge will be imposed for conversion of units from RHB Bond Fund and RHB Islamic Bond Fund to RHB Income Fund, RHB Capital Fund and RHB Balanced Fund. Switching Fee of 50% of the Sales Charge imposed for conversion of units from RHB Income Fund to RHB Capital Fund and RHB Balanced Fund. No charges for switching between equity funds (RHB Balanced Fund and RHB Capital Fund)
