Investment Objective
To provide total returns primarily through investment in equity and equity
related securities of companies which offer attractive yields and sustainable dividend payments. |
Investment Strategies
To invest in companies that offer higher expected dividend yields compared to other companies
in the market and whose cash-flow generated by business and management activities are expected to support such
dividend payments.
The Fund's foreign investment will:-
- Primarily be in the Asia region, such countries include Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia,
Philippines, China/ Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan.
- The Fund may invest in countries which have great potentials, e.g. India; or countries within other regions, e.g. Australia (Asia-Pacific)
- Fund has the option to invest in companies or stock whether or not listed in the stock
exchanges of the regions stated above but with assets in, and revenues derived from these regions.
Asset Allocation:
- 70% - 98% of NAV invested in equities & equity related securities.
- 2% - 30% of NAV invested in Fixed income securities/cash.
Country Allocation
- 30% of NAV in Malaysia
- 70% of NAV in Foreign
