Reimbursement are made by direct credit into your UOB bank account or GIRO to other bank’s account. Payment is made the next business day following the acceptance of the credit card transaction.
All your staff will be provided with frequent and adequate training on Card Acceptance and Fraud Prevention. This training is conducted at the time of or prior to the commencement of the Merchant Services. Refresher courses are also conducted during the duration of the term of service.
