I want to convert my transaction(s) into monthly instalments? What should I do?

Follow these easy steps to convert your transaction(s) into monthly instalments:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Convert instalments’.
  3. Tap on ‘Select your transactions’, then select your preferred card and transaction(s)*.
  4. Select your preferred repayment period.
  5. Review interest incurred, total repayment amount and total instalment period. Swipe right to confirm.

*You can select up to a total of 5 transactions.

Note: The monthly instalment amount includes interest and remains unchanged throughout the repayment period of the loan. To find out more click here

Balance Conversion

Follow these easy steps to convert your credit card statement balance into monthly instalments:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Convert instalments’.
  3. Tap on ‘Convert your statement’.
  4. Select your preferred repayment period.
  5. Review your details and swipe right to confirm.

 

Note: The monthly instalment amount includes interest and remains unchanged throughout the repayment period of the loan. To find out more, click here

Credit Card Limit

I would like to apply for temporary credit limit increase. What should I do?

Follow these easy steps to temporarily increase your credit limit:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Temporary credit limit increase’.
  3. Set your preferred credit limit, then review and confirm your details.
  4. Enter Secure PIN.

Note: The temporary credit limit increase is subject to the bank’s approval and will expire in 30 days.

Follow these easy steps to permanently increase your credit limit:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Permanent credit limit increase’.
  3. Tap on ‘Let’s go’ and select ‘Enter your own preferred credit limit’.*
  4. Enter your preferred amount* and your employment details.
  5. Upload proof of income.
  6. Review and confirm your details.

* Your new credit limit will be set according to your updated annual income. It may be lower than your preferred credit limit.

Card Replacement

Follow these steps to report and replace your lost card:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Report lost card’.
  3. Tap on ‘Confirm’, then tap on ‘Replace card’.
  4. Review and confirm your details.

Note: There is a replacement fee of RM 8 for debit card and RM 50 for credit card.

To find out more on the respective card fees, click on debit card fees or credit card fees.

Follow these steps to report and replace your damaged card:

  1. Tap on ‘Accounts’ and select your preferred card.
  2. Under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Report damaged card’.
  3. Tap on ‘Next’, then review and confirm your details

Note: There is a replacement fee of RM 8 for debit card and RM 50 for credit card.
